Service Description

THE HANDMADE PROCESS STEP ONE (THE BOOKING) - Send us an email to book in your appointment. We will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule a meeting. STEP TWO (THE MEET) - On the day of your appointment, you will meet with our jeweller to discuss your jewellery piece as well as metal preferences, stone requirements, styles and designs. From here, we go about finding you the perfect stones and everything else needed to quote you on your new piece. STEP THREE (THE HAND SHAKE) - Once quotes have been discussed and agreed upon, a deposit will be required to secure the job. STEP FOUR (PRODUCTION) - Once deposit is received, we can commence production. As the job nears completion, you will be contacted to discuss any remaining balances and collection date. STEP FIVE (COLLECTION) - The moment you've been waiting for has arrived! Once your jewellery is completed we will contact you to arrange your pick up from our studio.
